Main parts:
1. Feeding system:
Chain bucket system digging soils from river bottom and feed into the trommel
2. Clay processing system: (if needed)
Clay scrubber with scrubbing teeth for breaking and washing off the clay.
3. Screening system:
Heavy duty mining trommel for washing, screening and separating;
Two sieves for the trommel, inner sieve is 20mm steel bars, outer sieve is customized;
High pressure water spray pipes on both sides of trommel for water spraying.
4. Recovery system:
Six sets of Knelson concentrator SLK-C100 for fine size gold recovery
Optional:
Vibrating sluice + sluice box with gold carpet for coarse gold recovery
5. Water supplying system:
Multiple sets big power submersible slurry pumps;
With all water hose, valves, etc.
6. Controlling system:
Control cabinet with buttons to control each equipment and the whole wash plant;
One-man control in working cabin
